My friend and partner in ministry, Nikki Lerner shares a recent experience she had, and an exhortation for all of us who lead worship. So many things that she says are especially noteworthy, but the whole vlog reminds me of Paul’s encouragement to Timothy to “Be ready in season and out of season…”

Thank you for sharing that Nikki. It’s in those times where we feel a bit uncomfortable that God is able to use us best because we wouldn’t be able to do whatever it is He wants us to in our own strength. And when God has his hand on it, it always turns out so much better anyway.
Stephanie- you are absolutely right! It is good to be weak, so that HIS strength can be made perfect in us. So many times though we want to be in the position of strength. I wonder how many opportunities we miss because we are trying to be the strong one. Hmmm….
